error message

hy keep getting error message only happened a couple of days ago can you help me

please the error code is 0x80072746i cant send messages and it looks like I carnt receive them only on my phone

when I send a message it doesn't go and a error message comes up

and it looks as if I am not getting them either I am on windows 10

I am new to this

I have updated and turned off and on again

when I go to my messages to see if I have any I press

 update at the top and then the message comes up 0x80072746
