BizTalk Logic App Adapter Configuration RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi Folks,

I tried to configure logic Adapter and followed all steps mentioned in this article.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/logic-apps/logic-apps-gateway-install

    I am getting below error

HTTP/1.1 404 Unable to connect to BizTalk server with the provided connection details. The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

I did try to refer this link also to troubleshoot  this issue but no luck.

    https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/39d3810f-4a0e-4940-9bcf-74732519e466/biztalk-logic-app-adapter-configuration?forum=biztalkgeneral

If anyone has any idea . I used my ID (AD account to configure my Apppool and gateway and using the same window user to connect.

    Thanks,

    Chandra

  • Hi Chandra

I also get the same issue.  I have been successfully using the BizTalk connector previously but in early April it stopped working.  I have tried setting up from scratch and get the same problem.  I've checked in the logs for the On-premise Data Gateway and can't see anything related to this problem.  I can successfully use the gateway for other purposes so it seems limited to the BizTalk connector.

    Have you made any progress?

    Cheers,

    Rich.

  • Following on, I have looked at the IIS logs and can see no trace of any request (after a logbuffer flush) with a 401 response.  In fact I see no evidence of a request actually being made by the on-premise data gateway at all.

I do see in the gateway logs that a EncryptCredentialsWithTestConnectionRequest request is received but nothing else.
