    Hi I'm using Microsoft Expression Blend 3 and i try to find the states panel. but i couldn't. How can i show the states panel to add some effects to my button like mouseover or pressed. I do it in triggers menu normally but i saw the states panel in a youtube video but i couldn't find it in my "blend 3" application.

    Hi,

    The state panel could be call out from 

    MainMenu->window->states

    Note that, if you are developing WPF application, then Blend3 doesn't support state for WPF, while Blend4 version support states for WPF.
