How to detect if the app is running in assigned access?

Question
-
Is there an API available for detecting if the app is running with assigned access activated?
If not is there some other way of detecting it. I would like to hide some of the features of my app when running with assigned access / Kiosk Mode.

The app does not have knowledge of this nor can you query for this. You should design an app for Assigned Access separately from a standard app.

In Windows 8.1 you can choose an account to have access to only one application (assigned access) that automatically starts up when you login with that account. What I want to know is if my application is running due to the fact that that user logged in.
