404 Not Found - People Search

Running MOSS 2007 Enterprise. Someone configured it a while back and we haven't really used it all that much.
Trying to set up an employee search with no luck. MOSS is crawling AD and pulling down all of the user profiles, but I just can't figure out how to get the people searches to work correctly.
All of the AD results are visible on the SharedServices site. http://rtshare:11103/ssp/admin/default.aspx
Here is the public intranet site: http://rtshare:1622/sites/intranet/default.aspx
This is the site I get when I search for someone named "Brian": http://rtshare:1622/sites/intranet/peopleresults.aspx?k=Brian
I basically get a 404 error saying the page cannot be found.
I am very new to MOSS - I've been dropped into this project with no formal (or even informal) training on Sharepoint, so any help or direction would be greatly appreciated!
UPDATE: Here are the scope properties for the search:
Title: People Description: Search for people. Update status: Ready Target results page: http://rtshare:1622/sites/intranet/peopleresults.aspx
Here are the scope rules:
Rule Behavior Item Count (approximate) contentclass = urn:content-class:SPSPeople Include 512
The 512 items are the users found in AD. I can see everyone's first and last names, extensions, etc.

You'll need to create a site using the Search Center (or Search Center with tabs) template under your root site, and then set the Search Center url under Site Collection Settings. :) Mine has the url '/Search/Pages'.

Just to add to Flamer, you need to navigate to your Site Settings, and create sites under Search Centre

Thanks for your help guys. I tried to create the site, but I got an error about publishing sites not being active on the site collection. After flopping around a while, I managed to get that turned on, created a site, and told my search to go to the new page. I've tested about 20 random names of people who don't even know about SharePoint, and they were found. So, I think I probably have it going. I'll do some more testing to be sure. Thanks again!
