filling out a W9, when done i get a error

the message that pops up is "We can't complete your request right now. Please try again later. Message 81000 (bfee08ce-3232-4fca-92db-1911ac5c3050,1)"
I put in the correct information yet i get this error message. There is no description to what the error is or how to fix it. Can anyone give me any information on this error?

I'm having this problem as well, and trying to get assistance through direct communication is basically asking for it (like $500 a pop to be specific). And as an indie developer, I don't even have that kind of cash for what is totally unrelated to actually creating (and eventually publishing) a game that I'm preparing to release to early access in the near future. And what's totally weird is that Steam, GameJolt etc. are not doing this to me, just the Microsoft Store (which I'm going to eventually require if I release to Xbox, which makes this even more annoying than it otherwise would). And every damn time I try, I'm always making sure that I provide all of the correct details... and even then, I still can't seem to resolve my W9. I can confirm that it's not a rejection issue (unlike some other chap with this problem) and there's no way for me to even remove the corrupted information and start over (and I'm not delisting from my primary account either because that's what's linked to my Xbox Live profile for the purpose of game distribution, not to mention that I can't afford to spend another $20-100 just for a secondary developer account, not including the $10-15 per month for another Xbox Live gold registration).
EDIT: I think it may also be a generic message code, but I'm not sure as there's not enough information that I have for this either. And if you have the cash for an incident report, you can try getting in contact from over this way.

Im also having the same issues. The tax status under, payout and tax profile assignment, the tax profile needs to be updated right so I just have to update it, right... Wrong. i click that I'm us citizen when I go and fill it out I get the error message :
Cannot complete your request.

You could open a free support ticket about this here: Contact Us. Choose to Contact us, select Dashboard for Topic and select Account setup and management for issue type. Then you could talk with the team to see if this issue is related to the store side.
