Infopath error on production environment RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi there,
since 3 months we are successfully using infopath form integrated with our sharepoint 2007 intranet.
2 days ago we started to experience an error while updating the forms via web (via client everything is ok).
I tried to open the form, republish, but i get the error that the form cannot be browser enabled on our site.
I tried a fix suggested on microsoft forum, trying to deactivate and activate IPFSSiteFeatures and IPFSWebFeatures, but, when deactivating the second one, the system is telling me that a0e5a010-1329-49d4-9e09-f280cdbed37d is not activated at this scope.
    Could you please help me?
The error on event viewer is 5368:

Exception occurred during request processing. (User: domain\user1, Form Name: , IP: , Request: http://server/_layouts/FormServer.aspx?XsnLocation=/folder1/folder2/Templates/Administration+Operating+Specialist.xsn&Source=http://server/folder1/folder2/default.aspx&DefaultItemOpen=1, Form ID: , Type: DirectoryNotFoundException, Exception Message: There is no file with URL 'IWConvertedForms/c12-5a87cc9a-8616-4f29-9715-90992557ad48-EoZzQ3lwO13hXeUrzxoluB20455ynexjdMHmTCss.cvt' in this Web.)

    Thank you!

  • Hi Andrea,

If one of (IPFSSiteFeatures and IPFSWebFeatures) is not activated then skip deactivation step and just activate it. BTW don't move IWConvertedForm manually, this folder gets created on Feature activation.
