Abandoned User Stories - Where is a good place to store these items? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am looking for best practices on where we should store the abandoned user stories so they are off the main board but separated from the closed/resolved column. We currently have a swim lane and column where we are storing these items so that we do not have to scroll down forever to get to other swim lanes but this feels messy.

    What do you all suggest?

    Thank you!

  • Hi DonnaSingh,

Please kindly offer me more information so that I can better understand.

Do you want abandoned user stories not to appear on the board?

If yes, I suggest you first add Tags (name abandoned) for the user stories. Change the state of the user story to Removed. It does not remove the story from the database, but it removes from all backlogs and boards.

Then, please create a new query under Queries page.
