  • Hi Shamit

It would be great if you could try the new WCF-based Siebel adapter that supports BizTalk and non-BizTalk scenarios. There is now a release candidate version of the adapter available.

Which Siebel Adapter are you using: Biztalk Adapters for Enterprise Applications or BizTalk Adapter Pack?

  • Can you share your send port configuration details?

Are you getting any specific error message during siebel connection?

  • I am using Siebel 7.8.5.5 and I can successfully connect to Siebel. What are the URI properties you are using to Connect. We are not using Biztalk server just the WCF LOB Siebel Adapter.

    Thanks,

    Lionel

  • Could you please differentiate between Biztalk Adapters for Enterprise Applications or BizTalk Adapter Pack?

  • The adapters in the "Biztalk Adapter Pack" are WCF-based and have been written on top of WCF LOB Adapter SDK. As Maha mentioned, these can be used in Biztalk and non-Biztalk scenarios.

You can go through the following links to get more information:
