How do I login to luis.ai with my company account? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

We use GO-username@mycompany.onmicrosoft.com accounts to login to the Azure portal and other Microsoft services. However, logging into www.luis.ai does not work and I get the following error:

AADSTS90093: Does not have access to consent.

How can this be resolved by me or our support team managing the GO-IID accounts? Is there a workaround that needs to be done on the Azure AD side?

    Thanks,

    Ammar

  • Hi,

I am also getting the same error when login to "http://www.cris.ai" & "http://www.luis.ai" using the company account.

"AADSTS90093: Does not have access to consent".

I also need the answer for connecting to CRIS & LUIS using company account.

  • I have the same issue as well. I tried to grant permissions to the individual user in Azure AD under Enterprise Applications but no luck. Did you get anywhere?

  • Hi.  Had the same issue over last few days.

luis.ai.live You can't access this application luis.ai.live needs permission to access resources in your organization that only an admin can grant. Please ask an admin to grant permission to this app before you can use it.

    Solution

Contacted MS support about this.  They advised to try the following, from Azure AD (after considering this setting is appropriate of course).

Azure Active Directory - User Settings
Enterprise applications - Users can consent to apps accessing company data on their behalf.  Switch to yes.

    Thanks

  • above will grant consent to all the applications..

To consent only Luis.ai as an admin. login using the below Url.

    https://login.microsoftonline.com/YourTenantID/adminconsent?
    client_id=65920ba3-ab61-4a9b-9b10-505e5ce61b58
    &state=12345
    &redirect_uri=https%3a%2f%2fapi.luis.ai%2f

You can get the client ID from the login url.

Did you finger out the solution yet?

  • Have someone with global admin in your tenant go to luis.ai and hit sign in.  The admin will get a page to allow the luis application to access resources in the company.  There is a check box to concent for the organization, select that submit and you're good to go.
