I have a product key for office starter 2010 and want to download the install files. Please kinly provide a workable link.

Office 2010 is out-of-support since 2015 (extended since 2020), see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecycle/products/microsoft-office-2010

I don't think you will find an official download for an unsupported software.
