    create exceptionHandling section error: can not load file or assembly    version3.1.0.0
    found assembly list definition not consistent with assembly reference.

    Hi,

    Try this steps, Right Click the Web.Config and Click on the Edit Enterprise Library V5 Configuration.

    At the bottom of the console it will show you which configuration item causes the error.

    Try to remove or edit your changes using this tool to correct the errors you have in your config file.
