Going through a very strange issue..
when some users try to print any of the email after they click on 'print' sharepoint intranet window pops up??
wondering what could be the cause of such behaviuor??
Hope it is nothing to do with some addin
Go to start > run > type "outlook /safe" without quote > enter
check if same issue persists here.
