Asp 5 deploy to linux or Asp Core deploy to linux

Question

Hi I've a great confusion about new Asp5 mvc6. I've seen that now there's 2 version of asp NET

• one is called Asp Core
• Other Asp 5

Now I've seen also that Asp Core lags of many components like mongodb drive etc.

IFAIK Asp core is deployable to linux using Asp core runtime... or mono?!.

So my question are these:

Is Asp core deployable to linux using Asp Core runtime? Asp 5 and Mvc6 is not deployable to linux, right? I mean without hack.

I planned to develop a business site and I don't like to use hack, but stable (or stable in near future) tools.
