How do I copyright my code for a Windows Forms app developed with C# using Visual Studio RRS feed

  • Question

  • The copyright form (USA) asks what part of the code I own and what part I do not own. That's simple enough. It then asks who owns the code I did not write. Do I just say "Microsoft Corporation"? Since my software is already on public display I have to pay the full cost of hard copy submission to the US Copyright Office. I want to get it right the first time because if you make a mistake, you have to do it all over again from step 1, and paying a new fee.
