  • Hi Fredou,

According to your description, when connecting to Cisco VPN, two reports cannot be rendered on Browser, right?

In Reporting Services, report server has executionTimeout property to control the timeout of executing report. In your scenario, does the two reports need a lot of time to render on browser? It has reported some similar issue before. It turns related to some timeout setting, please refer to a feedback below:

    SSRS 2012 Failed with win32 error 0x03E3

If you have any question, please feel free to ask.

  • Hi,

Based on the current information, the issue might be caused by the VPN settings. Here, I suggest that you contact your VPN administrator to check whether the applications that use Windows Integrated authentication can work with VPN.

By the way, I suggest that you also try the suggestions in the following KB article:

  • Thanks for your reply but only 2 reports is having this problem.  Other reports work fine so the VPn should block every report ?
