Azure SQL Synchronization stucks

Hello,
i have an Azure SQL database which syncs to four local SQL databases automaticly every 30 minutes. After the last successfull sync on Friday (08-01) the sync group stucks with status "in progress" and I cannot stop or restart the process. The log contains no errors, but nothing is synced since Friday.
Can I do anything myself to repair that or should I create a support ticket?

Sorry to heard that you meet the SQL Data Sync issue. The root cause of sync failed is still under investigating.
Please post the subscription ID and Sync Group ID. The Microsoft support engineer will help to solve the problem from backend. Sometime delay might be expected. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and support.

From our backend log, it seems your sync group is in normal state now. Could you check it again?
