-
Created a new Windows VM using an existing VHD file succesfully. When try to login to VM using RDP, it is giving below errors. Tried multiple options but couldn't able to succeed.
1) Remote access to the server is not enabled
2) Remote computer is turned off
3) The remote computer is not available on the network.

Dear Customer,
For your Virtual Machines, do you have any of them exposed with an input endpoint other than RDP? Have you noticed a complete network disconnect or just RDP doesn't work?
There is one possible issue that you may be hitting which is that incorrect credentials may be cached on your local machine and the RDP client is not properly prompting you for fresh credentials. The way you can resolve this issue is taking the following steps (assuming a Windows machine):
1) You will want to attempt to connect to the virtual machine as you always have. However, instead of hitting open for the RDP file that is supplied, you should save it to your local machine.
2) Find the RDP file you just saved to your local machine instead of directly opening it, right click on the RDP file and hit, "Edit."
3) From there, the RDP configuration file will show up. You must unclick to remember your credentials on this screen and attempt to connect here.
