Outlook AddIn not showing in Outlook?

Question

Hello all, I am trying to create an extremely simple AddIn at the moment for Outlook 2010, however when running it under Visual Studio my AddIn doesn't show... All I've done is:

Create New Project > Office > 2010 > Outlook PlugIn

Added a button to the group, press F5 and it runs outlook fine but without the extra tab of mine? Am I doing a schoolboy here? Wrong type of project maybe?

You create a set up project and attach your outlook project to your set up project and then install and see. Before installation close your outlook, install it and open the outlook. it works.

Also make sure that corresponding interop assemblies in your system.
