configuring windows 8 app to get the package identity

Question

Hi

I want to register my Windows 8 app for Windows Push Notification and Live Connect.

Earlier i had registered one of my apps using the below link:

https://manage.dev.live.com/build?wa=wsignin1.0

but this link doesn't seem to be working now.

please provide a new link if there is any.
