    Hi, Can I make Text to Speech conversion in mobiles using .net for converting the incoming SMS to voice?. Is it so, plz give me an algorithm for converting SMS to speech.

    Hi,

    You need something lightwave, I will recomend you "Windows Phone Text-to-Speech (wpTTS)" which produces speech from text strings. wpTTS also provides real-time translation between a select list of languages. (AppID is required.) You can download the source code and the application from here: http://wptts.codeplex.com/
