Recover password for module in Access database

Question

A client has asked me to make some modifications to a program written in Access 97 a long time ago.  The programmer has disappeared; they don't know if he died, or left the country or what - he's not reachable.

When I try to access the module, it asks for a password.  Any ideas on ow I can find out this password, or get around this somehow?

>> First of All I want to tell you that support for Access 97 has been over on 1/31/2004. So Microsoft has stop to support Access 97.
