I am not a fan of books because they just tell you the basic stuff or syntax or may be something special here and there which may never even be used.

Usually when you want to refer for something source be it book or online it is usually something more complicated or a specific problem which you will never find books.

For ASP I referred Sam's teach yourself ASP in 30 days which was good. They have a series in C# too.check out in amazon.Anyway you bought the book.

I totaly agree internet is the best sorce. But sometimes I prefer to read from book rather than online version. Me buying book depnds on how useful it could be for me in future based on my knowledge in that perticular area. I checked it on amazon and saw LOTS of good reviews and just ordered it.
