[Issue] Connecting O365 Tenant to Azure AD RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm trying to connect my O365 tenant to use existing the AD of an existing Azure subscription. I login to office portal, Home, Admin then click Azure AD but it doesn't create Azure AD under the name of my tenant.

  • From Azure portal, click New, Azure App Services, Active Directory, Directory then custom create as shown below. Select existing directory then it will ask you to sign in using your O365 credentials. this will link your Azure AD to the O365 tenant you have.

  • You already have an Office 365 tenant, and there already is an Azure AD tenant that has been created for that Office 365 tenant. You can't make the existing Office 365 use another Azure AD. You can, however, import the Azure AD that is used for Office 365 into your existing Azure subscription, and use the Azure AD from Office 365 in Azure.

Let me know if you need instructions to do this...
