After drawing the curve used by Graphics.DrawCurve,when my mouse over the points on the curve ,execute the Event that i have designed.
(by the way ,how to use the ChartComp conponent)

It is client side question, so you have to use JavaScript for this. Your question is not directly related to server side code.
