Can we design a database which can store structure ,unstructured and semi structured in itself ?

Answers

  • What do you mean by "one db" in this case? Are you talking about one set of structured tables in a big data store? A set of relational tables in a SQL database? Or more generically about being able to have different kinds of data in the same data system with a single language that can operate across structured, unstructured, etc.?

If you mean the last case, then ADL Store and ADL Analytics services are intended to give you that functionality and let you reason about different kinds of data in the same queries.

  • @Omid it is more related to your second view point i.e.

Or more generically about being able to have different kinds of data in the same data system with a single language that can operate across structured, unstructured, etc.?

Appreciate for giving your valuable time for queries.
