We cannot find any info from your post. So it is hard for us to suggest you a reasonable solution.
Please see some general steps first:
1. Make sure you've already update your Windows to the latest.
2. Make sure you've disabled your Anti-Virus software.
3. Download a good installer from here:https://www.visualstudio.com/en-us/downloads/download-visual-studio-vs.aspx Better to use the ISO format. Then you can verify
your iso checksum
https://www.visualstudio.com/en-us/downloads/visual-studio-2015-iso-sha1-vs.aspx with this
FCIV.exe tool.
4. Install again.
If you find that you still have any problem. Let's collect some logs by refer to this
blog. We can help you analyze the problem with the info from your logs.
