I assume that you want to help submit feedback to any issues that might arise while you use Windows Developer Preview. If so, have you looked at the How do I install the Window Feedback Tool and file a bug? thread? If you already have Windows Developer Preview installed, try following the steps in the above link.

Windows 8 Beta has not yet been released.
The Windows Developer Preview is a pre-beta version of Windows 8 for developers.
