OData Source Component for SSIS 2012 for OData v4 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Is there any word on an OData Source component for OData v4?

So far as I can tell, the recently released version only supports OData v2 and v3.

  • Does not look like, and it seems there is none for SQL Server 2014.

  • Hi Schreckick,

According to your description, you want to use OData Source component for Odata V4 in SSIS, right?

Based on my research, this is not support currently as Arthur said. If you have any concern about this feature, you can submit a feedback at http://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/Feedback and hope it is resolved in the next release of service pack or product. Your feedback enables Microsoft to make software and services the best that they can be, Microsoft might consider to add this feature in the following release after official confirmation.

    Thank you for your understanding.

  • Hi, OData V4 is currently not supported for SSIS 2014. We are evaluating and considering this Supporting OData V4 in the upcoming version of SSIS. You may want to join our SSIS Yammer Group if you want to know more about the upcoming SSIS version.

  • Hi,

    Any updates here?

    Is it supported yet?

If I have to access OData v4 in SQL 2012, what are my options as of now?

    Hope that helps, Abdul Khalid.
