web service port changes from 81 to 82 while click on invoke button in cloud web role project

I am creating a web method within asmx file in cloud web role project using visual studio 2012. When i click on invoke button web service port changes from 81 to 82 and displays a message "This page can't be displayed".

How to resolve this issue?

When you do the development inside your local machine its normal scenario where azure sdk is automatically allocate the port and bind the azure service to it. Althought you can manage the static port for the same

Why you really want to fix this issue as its not going to impact the service when you deploy the code base to azure. And its basically just development box scenario.
