Bluetooth issue with WINDOWS RT RRS feed

  • Since there's not a code issue, I recommend that you open a support case for investigation into this problem.

NOTE: If I ask for code, please provide something that I can drop directly into a project and run (including XAML), or an actual application project. I'm trying to help a lot of people, so I don't have time to figure out weird snippets with undefined objects and unknown namespaces.

  • To open a support incident visit the URL: http://aka.ms/storesupport with your developer account. You may have support incidents already included in your account

    • In the "App development" section find the link called "Developer Tools"

    • Click that link and then it will ask you to choose the support type. To reach the correct support team choose the following:

    • Problem Type: “Technical support for Windows Store and Windows Phone app development”
      Category: “appropriate category"
Once you do that, there should be an option that lets you “Request a call”/     “Start Email”

  • Does the problem occur on all RT tablets, or is there a specific tablet that is having the problem?  Have you checked the services and event logs to ensure that BT is enabled and working properly?
