Bluetooth issue with WINDOWS RT

Question
-
Hello
I created an application to cmmunicate with a tool that supports SPP Bluetooth protocol. With a WINDOWS 8.1 Pro tablet or PC, I can connect without any problem. But it doesn't work at all with a WINDOWS RT 8.1 Tablet.
Does someone have the same issue?
In advance thank you for your help
This is the link I used to create the connection: http://msdn.microsoft.com/fr-FR/library/windows/apps/dn264586

Since there's not a code issue, I recommend that you open a support case for investigation into this problem.

NOTE: If I ask for code, please provide something that I can drop directly into a project and run (including XAML), or an actual application project. I'm trying to help a lot of people, so I don't have time to figure out weird snippets with undefined objects and unknown namespaces.- Marked as answer by Jamles HezModerator Wednesday, December 18, 2013 2:06 AM

To open a support incident visit the URL: http://aka.ms/storesupport with your developer account. You may have support incidents already included in your account
-
In the "App development" section find the link called "Developer Tools"
-
Click that link and then it will ask you to choose the support type. To reach the correct support team choose the following:
-
Problem Type: “Technical support for Windows Store and Windows Phone app development”
Category: “appropriate category"
Once you do that, there should be an option that lets you “Request a call”/ “Start Email”

Does the problem occur on all RT tablets, or is there a specific tablet that is having the problem? Have you checked the services and event logs to ensure that BT is enabled and working properly?
