How to display search results in Content Search WP

Question
-
I've created a training site with several document and asset libraries. In those libraries I've created a column called "User Type" with three choices; "New User", "Attorney" and "Advocate".
I've created a page for New User Training and would like to display all training content with "User Type" = "New User" inside a we bpart.
I've tried doing this with the Content Search WP, but can't find a filter for "User Type". I know that search can find all "New User" items because I did a search from the site search and it did return the correct items.

Okay, got that working. All I needed was to change the Property Filter to "Show All Managed Properties".
Now, I would like to cleanup the results. Right now I have the results set to "Two Lines". How can I add headings like "MS-Office", "Security", etc....? Does this require adding more columns to these libraries?
Also, How can I set it to display two columns in the results?
