UWP MediaPlayer - PlaybackState reported as Playing instead of Buffering

Question

After clicking play again the MediaPlayer->PlaybackSession->PlaybackState moves to Playing instead of buffering. But as we are still facing the issue and the media content is still downloading and nothing playing, the playback state reported shall be buffering instead of playing.

Also, the BufferingEnded event is reported once pause is clicked. However I can see in the proxy server its still trying to download the media content.

Can someone please clarify me on this?
