    Purchased Windows 7 upgade (Pro) from Wisconsin Integrated Software Catalog as a student.  Wanted to upgrade from Vista Home Premium.  Their site indicated it was a viable upgrade from Vista - except from Vista Ultimate.  Apparently, 7 Pro will only upgade Vista Business.  It took 4 hours of burrowing through Microsoft's site to find that important tid-bit.  WISC refuses top acknowledge a problem.

    Any suggested options other than:
    1.  Doing a 'clean install'.  (Beyond my patience and ability level.)
    2.  Purchase a different upgrade package and have an expensive coaster.
