MySQL connector does not show up in Add Reference .NET list RRS feed

    Win 7

    I have installed MySQL connector 6.3.6.

    Inside VS 2010, tried to Add Reference to my project, this MySQL.Data does not appear under .NET tab but need to use Browse tab instead.

    Any reason?

    It appear in Win XP machine though.

    More than likely the mysql .net connector dll did not make it into the gac.  This is where the add reference dialog gets its list from.
