Creating a ISAPI filter with READ_RAW_DATA method in IIS 6.0

Hello,
I am having a ISAPI filter  which is created for IIS 5.0 and  uses SF_NOTIFY_READ_RAW_DATA method. But this method is not supported in IIS 6.0 version. So for solving this problem ,I have found that,this READ_RAW_DATA method should be replaced by ISAPI Extension with HSE_REQ_EXEC_URL function.I am a new learner of IIS and ISAPI. Kindly explain how to create a ISAPI Extension for replacing READ_RAW_DATA method. Whether I need to create a completely new DLL for extension or can include the part of the extension in the ISAPI filter itself .
 
What does it actually mean ,replace the READ_RAW_DATA with HSE_REQ_EXEC_URL function??
