If that is true, then I believe a lot of Windows app developers will smash Windows Phones.
We spend a lot of time to learn how to develop windows apps, and waiting Windows 10's uniform platform, this sad news will made our heart breaking!
So, please stop this just before the staring of Build 2015.

The right way is not let andorid apps to run in Windwos devices, but buy Xamarin, or build a MS's own cross-platform .net CLR, let windows developers invage android/iOS market.
Once developers can use XAML+C#/VB to create cross platform apps, both iOS and android developer will join MS community (because VS is much better than Eclipse/android studio when develop mobile apps).
So, let us invade iOS/Andoird market, instead of let them do.
I will stop develop windows apps if android apps can run.
