Mouse over and Button Press issues - Blend2.5 RRS feed

  • Question

  •  Hi Folks... Hope you can help!

    I created a small graphic in Design - then once imported into Blend,  I turned the graphic into a Button and created a very simple mouse-over rotation.  Then I added a button press (part of the graphic simply changes colour on press).

    Now here's the thing - when clicking the button... on "mouse down", the Mouseover rotation stops - so I get an unwanted flip back to non-mouseover state. when "mouseup" the mouseover rotation kicks back in - so rotates back again.  This is very annoying... and I am sure there must be a simple thing I am doing wrong!

    In the "Triggers" dialogue - I am setup as follows:

    Events are:

    IsMouseOver = True

    there are two timelines for the mouseover - rotate and rotate back

    IsPressed properties when active are:

    "Activate when" = target-element - IsPressed - True  "Actions when activating" = Begin and "Actions when deactivating" = Remove

    Hope this all makes some sense! - any help would be fantastic!

  • Is it possible to share your XAML for the Button template?
