Class 0 SMS RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi all,

we have an application that communicates with a server by means of SMSs. Server has been changed recently so SMSs are now class 0, aka Flash SMSs. Application processes them properly, but they are displayed to the user, and they shouldn't. Interceptor is set to notify and delete incoming SMSs.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks a lot.

  • Flash SMSs are supposed to be shown to the user immediately and I think that's why MessageInterceptor doesn't suppress it. Instead you may use MAPI Rule Client to intercept the SMS as shown in the following article:

  • Thanks a lot. We'll check your link in order to see if we are able to manage these SMSs in such a way.

    Regards.
