Publishing nightmare

    Question

  • Working with MS support to resolve payment verification has been a real nightmare. The horror started when the credit card originally used to establish my appstore developer account expired and I attempted to switch to my new card. UUUGHHH! My app is ready to go but needs to have account verification and MS seems baffled on a way to execute this procedure. I've been working with them for over a week with absolutely no resolution in sight. Apparently one business unit changed my info and another did not and verification didn't happen in the correct order. My tech somewhere in Tx. continually states that he's 'researching' the problem and will get back to me in 3 to 4 days. What a disgrace and now I know why MS is loosing developers by the boat load. They've become the gang that can't get of their own way.
