O365 activation issues RRS feed

  • Hi, having trouble with Office365 activation and fslogix.  I use the Office customization tool to create a configuration file.  Installing 64bit "Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise". I selected "Shared computer" under product activation. 

    Under "Licensing and activation" i have:

    Product Key=User Activation

    Accept EULA = On

    Shared computer activation = On

    Roaming licensing token = Off

    Installed Office365 via command line. For the FSLogix policy, i have "Include Office Activation data in container" enabled.

    Using Citrix PVS to provision machines

    After everything is installed and promoted, most users get an error when logging in that Office is not activated.  They do have the proper E3 licenses.  At the top of Excel, for example, it says "Non-Commercial Use - Unlicensed product"

    We are using ADFS to authenticate to O365.

    I'm at a loss as to what is not configured correctly. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks
