    Hi,

    We are trying to migrate the Project Server from 2010 to PS 2019. Is it fine to do patching of all the servers (PS 2010, 2013, 2016 & 2019) before starting the migration?

    Yes, It's best that is version is patched with the latest SP or CU and in many cases required for early releases.
