Hi , I have newly join this forum. I want to make and accounting system  which can mange sales,purchases,ledgers, invoices ,inventory for a sole proprieter. or a single small store. I am facing trouble in sql database schema. any body can help me to design db schema.?

You might want to consider one of the packaged systems available instead of doing one from scratch
