In certification since more than a month. RRS feed

  • Question

  • I submitted my app for certification more than one month ago and the current Status is still in progress.
3 weeks ago, Microsoft support told me that they have heavy load because of the win8 launch.

    Does someone have similar experience?
May it go faster if I cancel the release and submit a new release?

  • ..... my app have 0 download, and only 5 people reviewed Angry birds. So chances are, it's not because of "heavy load"

  • Do you have the same issue that many of us?  http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/windowsstore/thread/d02c6c5e-4676-48ea-a387-10907c39a673

Because plenty of us have  an account subscription verification issue "We can't connect to the service. Please try again later". I have asked yesterday for support, let's see if they reply me before Monday.
