Can't access my old subscriptions and product key list any more RRS feed

  • Hi,

    It's very frustrating that you guys, don't care about customer support very much. I wasted like an hour to get my products list using this link which I have been using since past 2 years https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/keys/******.aspx.I am using the right credentials and the exact urls that I have bookmarked since 2 years. but every time it starts taking me to the stupid visual studio page. why on earth can't I access the list anymore?

    Why on earth did you guys had to change the portal when Microsoft is continuously failing to satisfy its customers and you guys cant get one thing done right. I can't believe that your support does not have a clue what issues your dozen of customers are facing. All the support has to say is contact here and contact there. Do we really have to waste that much of precious time to get back access to that product list we've been using since years. Isn't it a contract breach on your end? It's a fail and a disappointment. I searched on your site and the only help I found was this https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/8f529687-79c7-4148-84e7-12a36cc49094/my-subscriber-benefits-do-not-show-in-new-portal-myvisualstudiocom?forum=msdnfeedback  which is definitely NOT helping at all.

    PS: Do not answer back to refer me to some other forum. If you can't get me back my subscription list then its no use for me.

    MSDN Subscription has been migrated to new Visual Studio Subscription portal on October 4, 2016. I am certain if you are an active MSDN Subscriber you should have received the following mail. Please check the below screenshot.

  • It is kind of shady, forever we could get our previous keys, now cannot after subscription ends. Good grief at least have an "my keys" section of your profile. 

    Forcing a re-subscription just to get keys we already had access to and use of after subscription is just dumb. It was cool before, I would activate each year I could, and if I couldn't one year no big deal. Ugh... Come on Microsoft you hurting that dang bad you gotta squash on us small time developers?
