System.AppDomain.CreateInstanceAndUnwrap "Exception StackTrace" on Window7 (64 bits) RRS feed

  • I have an application that runs fine on Window XP and Windows 7 (32 bits), but not on Windows 7 (64 bits) : I get an error message telling me that un exception StackTrace has occured on "System.AppDomain.CreateInstanceAndUnwrap". What should I do ?

    May I know the platform option of your project?

    It seems that you can build the project with x86 option so that the app will run as 32-bit process on 64-bit OS under WOW64.

    My project's platform option was Any CPU. I changed it to x86 and now my application works well.
