Swipe up and swipe down gestures

These both appear to perform the same action 'displaying the toolbar & 'topbar' - sorry not quite familiar with all the ui component names yet'...

This seems like the waste of a valuable edge, how about making one or the other user definable, for example i'd quite like

Swipe down - current system default

Swipe up - display virtual keyboard

This ide is shamelessly borrowed for how a certain other OS allows you to redefine (within limits) the action performed by moving the cursor into one of the 'hot corners'

It depends on user requirements, basically Windows User Experiance group will chose many people and run several test cases to see how people are using PC and then base on that would design ways that user would interact with system. Also note that it should be avoid of problem that click on one side would open multiple things a t a same time.
