I am trying to configure group policy settings for Internet Explorer 8 (which is up todate) running on XP machines. All the policies applicable to Internet Explorer pre version 8 (e.g. versions 5, 6, 7) work ok but the policies that require Internet
Explorer 8 do not. An example of a policy setting I was trying to set is 'Configure new tab page default behavior' which requires version 8. This settinig does not work while I can set the default home page using 'Disable change home page
settings' which requires version 7. I am unable to find any version 8 policy settings that do work. Does anyone know of a solution?
