Duplicate Charts displayed in reportviewer

Question
-
We have upgraded our reporting services from SQL 2005 to SQL 2008 R2
We have reports that have charts in a table that are grouped based on a unique IDs.
A variable number of charts will be displayed based on the unique IDs associated to a organization.
This all worked fine in IE6,7,8,9 no matter what the compatiblity mode in SQL 2005.
In sql 2008 r2 we get duplicate chart images displayed in the report viewer when using IE8,9 and compatiblity mode.
IE9 IN Non-Compatibility Mode
IE9 IN Compatibility Mode

Hi bumsarus,
Thanks for the question. This issue may be caused by the different internal structure between ssrs 2005 and ssrs 2008 R2. There are two suggestions for you:
>>1. Re-design the report in Report Builder 3.0/BIDS for SSRS 2008 R2, then deploying the report to the report server.
>>2. Drag the table and the chart in one list control, keep the table and charts side by side, set the list control also grouped by the unique IDs.
Thanks,
Sharp Wang

Sharp,
Thanks for the reply.
I have already tried your first suggestion and it didn't help.
I will try number 2 and see what happens.
Thanks,
Marc

I'm having this same issue too.
I've tried 1 and 2. It currently displays correctly on the ReportServer, but in my asp page, the control will render it with multiple graphs.

I had a similar problem.
I solved this issue when I did an upgrade of ReportViewer version 9.0.0.0 to ReportViewer 10.0.0.
Now working correctly- Proposed as answer by OLA_SSRS Tuesday, April 9, 2013 8:38 PM
