    there is no any antivirus install in my test machine. I am running VS 2013 for debugging windows store app. when i do suspend and then resume from visual studio i am getting the error "A 64-bit debugging operation is taking longer than expected. This may be caused by incompatibilities with 3rd party networking software".

    this happened when i am associated to wifi network and my SSID is included in AlternetProvisioning.xml file. I try all the way but not able to figure out what could be this 3rd party networking S/W.

    It sounds more like you have a 3rd-party firewall installed.
